Commit Changes on Git Repository Procedure:

Step 1: Open Git Changes from View Tab in Menu Option.

Step 2: Select your files in which you have made changes then right-click and press "stage" option from the menu option.

Step 3: Add Comments 

                                            

Step 4: Click on "Commit All & Sync" option from the menu option.

Step 5: Go to View and click "Git Repository"

Step 6: You can review and confirm your changes as well.
