How to Transfer YouTube Personal Channel to Brand Account Channel?

Step 1: Create new channel with same name of your exiting personal channel.

Step 2: Click on move channel to brand account and delete your old created channel to make your personal channel as a brand channel. After you will notice your all subscribers and videos and like move to your new created brand account.

 How to change ownership of your Brand Account Channel?

 Step 1: If you want to transfer channel to old Gmail ID to New Gmail ID you need to make your channel as a Brand Channel then it will possible.

Step 2: Go to Advance setting - Manage YouTube account 

Step 3: Then add a member as a owner. after waiting 7 days then you can make newly invited member as a "Primary Owner"
